Dr. Arash Dodge Hocoma AG (Volkeswil, Switzerland)

Hocoma AG is world market leader in neurological rehabilitation technology. Since its founding in 2000 the company has consistently achieved over 10% growth, has expanded its product portfolio, and distribution channels for global coverage.

Dr. Dodge holds a PhD University of Neuchâtel and an executive MBA from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD). He has expertise in the fields of microsystems for biochemical analysis, medical diagnostics, robotics for medical applications, automation, fluid handling for speciality chemistry, supply chain management and R&D at top management level.

Mr. Michael Rosén A-Medica (Brussels, Belgium)

A-Medica, established 2003, supports advanced medical technology entrepreneurs on both sides of the Atlantic, from a prototype stage through clinical validation, regulatory, reimbursement, development & manufacturing, funding etc., with realization of “return on investment” models, which might take the format of M&A, licensing, master distribution, via agents & distributors or direct selling.

Michael Rosén is a Civilekonom from the Stockholm School of Economics and has held senior executive positions for organizations like Credit Lyonnais banking group, Pierrel (publ), Nobel Finance, Developmental Technologies as well as conducted interim management corporate restructurings. Michael is a co-founder and director of A-Medica.
